The field tree is a list of client fields. The list can be grouped by clients, divisions, crops, crop year status (open or closed), as well as by file if the fields were imported into the system or synchronized with the previous crop year.

The tree contains the following field information: 

• Status of the year (  - year open,  - year not open,  - year closed) -

• Culture Icon -

• Name of the client.

• Name of the subdivision.

• Field name.

• The name of the culture.

• Date of creation.

• Area, ha.

• The number of scheduled activities for annual planning, if there are no activities in the annual planning, then the annual planning icon is displayed -

• The number of scheduled operations for operational planning, if there are no activities in operational planning, then the icon for operational planning is displayed -

• The number of jobs accounted for from the annual planning, if there are no jobs planned, then the icon of the job account is displayed -

• Icon for quick reporting by fields for an arbitrary period -

•  Building a report on the photo from the field -  

•  Icon for editing the opening/closing of the harvest code - 

• Field edit icon -

• Delete field icon -

Some of the tools can be hidden by default settings. You can enable the display of columns necessary for work, as well as change their location by clicking on the tool icon .

In addition, the following functional buttons are available in this section:

- Create a field. 

- Edit field. 

- Delete field (multiple fields can be selected at the same time).

- Export or import of the field, you can also import crop rotation history.

- Synchronization of fields is the copying of the fields of the previous crop year to the current crop year. 

- The opening and closing of the crop year is the period within which field work must be accounted for. Planning does not have to be tied to this period. 

- Annual planning.

- Operational planning.

- Creation of a group task.

- Accounting fact.

- Building reports on selected fields.

Setting up the field tree.

To start working in the "Agrotechnology" system, the user must upload a list of fields in the form of polygons in the "Fields" section. You can do this in 3 ways: 

1. Creating a field manually using a graphical editor  .

2.  Import files in .kml, .shp, .csv formats.

3. API integration.
