The journal of acts on the use of fertilizers allows you to keep records of the use of fertilizers when performing work in the fields. Here you can create, download and view a list of acts on the use of fertilizers for a certain period. In order to open this journal, you must click on the icon which is in the menu.

You can upload already created acts for an arbitrary period or create a new one.

The act on the use of fertilizers consists of the following information: 

• Act number - an integer value that is automatically generated in ascending order.

• Date of approval - the date of approval of the transfer of fertilizers, which was specified when creating the act.

• Field - the field where work was carried out and fertilizers were used.

• Crop - crop on the cultivated field.

• Crop year - crop year of the cultivated field.

• Organization - the organization that owns the cultivated field.

• Agronomist - indicate the name of the agronomist who is responsible for the transfer of fertilizers.

• Recipient - the full name of the fertilizer recipient is indicated.

• Debit - indicates the remaining quantity of fertilizers in warehouses.

• Chief accountant - the name of the chief accountant is indicated.

• Purpose - indicates the purpose of the used fertilizer.

• List of fertilizers - the source of the list of fertilizers that will be included in the act are goods and materials of the type of fertilizer previously taken into account.
