Annual planning

Yearly scheduling is an assignment to a field with a list of planned activities. Annual planning consists of the following parts:

1. Culture and its specification - an existing culture can be selected or a new one created. This also includes information such as crop technology, yield and gross harvest.

2. Sown area - a fixed value defined as the area of a geo object.

3. Crop rotation - is informative.

4. Planned types of work.

The planned type of work consists of the following information:

• Name of technological operation

• Coefficient

• Scope of work (implies the product of the sown area of the field by the correction integer factor)

• Start date

• End date

• Composition of the unit (equipment allowed for a given technological operation)

• goods and materials

• Status

The list of planned works can be set manually or taken directly from the technological map. To use the technological map as the basis for the planned work, you must assign a crop and cultivation technology to the field, then load the default work typesimage-20230226235005-2.png

In addition, you can use a combined technological map as the basis for the planned work. To do this, there is a functionality for combining technological maps image-20230226235039-4.png.

operational planning

Operational planning is the appointment of more specific (operational) planned work. Operational planning, as a rule, is used to refine the annual plan, when more specific deadlines for the completion of work are known. The planned type of work consists of the following information:

• Information from the annual plan: the name of the technological operation, the composition of the unit, the date of commencement and completion of work.

• Start date for operational planning.

• End date for operational planning.

• Status.

Information about the sown area, crop, yield is read-only and is informative.

Tasks for the machine operator and group tasks

Tasks are created for a specific object from the client's fleet with the obligatory specification of the driver (mechanic). The role of tasks is to determine the work that the equipment will carry out for a certain period and in certain fields. You can also create a group task, assign several different types of equipment to perform the same type of work in several fields. It is easier to create group tasks than individual ones, since they allow you to select several objects, as well as skip the selection of the driver's technological operation .

Individual tasks, tasks for the machine operator .

You can create a task in the object tree:

The following fields are available for filling in the task card:

• Driver (required field)

• Start date/time (mandatory field)

• End date/time (required field)

• Type of work (mandatory field)

• Technological operation (mandatory field)

• Implement model

• Unit

• Min. speed

• Max. speed

• Min. width

• Max. width

• goods and materials

• Application rate

• Units

Group tasks

Group tasks are similar to individual operator tasks, but you can select several objects in them, as well as skip the selection of the driver and the technological operation, which simplifies work planning. Group tasks can be created in the “Fields” section:

The window for creating group tasks contains information similar to an individual task:

When creating a group task, it is necessary to fill in the work execution period, type of work and unit model, the unit width will be automatically selected after specifying the model. It is also necessary to choose in which fields the work will be performed and with what objects. You can select multiple fields and objects in a group task.

Important:

  • The choice of reference information is limited to the selected client - fields, objects, implement model and type of work must belong to the selected client.
  • When refining the unit model to a specific object in the table, the unit model will be determined in the work accounting, but the unit width specified directly in the group task creation form will be used to calculate the processing area.

The role of assignments when taking into account the fact

Tasks (individual and group) participate as a source of data when accounting for actual work. The priority of the task is higher than that of annual and operational planning, but lower than that of a radio tag. If the object has a scheduled task, then when building the fact accounting, the type of work and the technological operation will be automatically pulled up if it was specified, and most importantly, the area will be calculated in accordance with the width from the task.

Quest log

The task log displays all created tasks for the period - both individual and group. In order to open this journal, you must click on the iconimage-20230227090707-1.png , which is located in the menu.

The following information is available in the log:

• Job title

• Task period

• Type of work

• Technological operation

• Implement model

• Width

• Technological speed

• Fields

• Objects and object models

• Number of objects

• Drivers

• goods and materials

• Client

• Division

It is possible to export the journal in Excel or PDF format.
