Agricultural Crops

This type of directory provides information about the crops of the enterprise. Filling in the reference book is necessary for planning and accounting for work in the fields. 

The directory is located in the control panel:

Culture contains the following information:

• Name.

• Icon and color - used to display fields of the same crop on the map. 

• Yield, c/ha - yield is a reference value of crop production obtained per unit area. 

• List of technological maps of crops.

In order to add a new agricultural crop, you must click on the add button:

After that, the add window will appear, in which you can also add the Cultivation Technology, which is a set of techniques aimed at creating the most favorable conditions for the growth and development of plants:

 A set of technology techniques is described using a technological map. 

The technological map is a table containing the following information:

• Type of work 

• Work period 

• Equipment (object model and unit model compatible with the type of work) 

• Permissible speed range 

• Norms of production and fuel

The period of work is understood as the calendar period of the work. The work period is set relative to the harvest year, so the year of the work period can be previous relative to the harvest year, current or next. A culture can be assigned a default technology. The presence of technology by default allows you to import an annual plan when planning work in the field.

Type of work and technological operations

Directory "Type of work" provides information about the types of work and technological operations of the enterprise. 

Creating a work type will allow you to keep track of the actual work on processing the field. Directory "Technological operations" is part of the type of work. It is necessary for planning and recording work in the fields and is an extension of the type of work reference book with the ability to link equipment with the type of work, redefine the speed ranges, working widths of the specified equipment.

The job type contains the following information: 

• Name

• Implement model

• Object model

• Minimum speed

• Average speed

• Maximum. speed 

• Client

In order to add a new type of work, you must click on the button:

To create a new job type, you must provide the following information: 

• Name 

• Unit 

• Average speed, km/h 

• Technological speed range, km/h

In order to add a new technological operation, you must click on the button:

The technological operation contains the following information: 

• Name

• Implement model

• Object model

• Process speed range

• Capture width, m

• Production rate, ha

• Fuel consumption rate, l/ha

• Quote per norm

It is selected in the form of a tariff for the execution of a technological operation. An existing tariff can be selected or a new one created. 

• Surcharge, %

• Surcharge for harmfulness, %

Also in this directory there is another tab in which there is a directory “Tariff”, which provides information on the tariff for the performance of technological operations. The directory is necessary to set the rates for the norm in the technological operation. 

To add a new tariff, you must click on the button: 

Next, you need to provide the following information:

• Name

• Code

• Amount, rub.

Commodity-material assets (TMC)

This type of directories provides information about the inventory of the enterprise. Handbooks are necessary when planning and accounting for work in the fields. They help to take into account certain resources spent or received in the performance of agricultural work. 

Directories of inventory items are: 

• Fertilizers

• Seeds

• Plant protection products (PPP) 

• Harvest

• Units

The Fertilizer Handbook contains the following information: 

• Name

• Unit

• Client

The Seeds Handbook contains the following information: 

• Name 

• Culture

The Handbook Harvest contains the following information: 

• Name

• Client

Directory of plant protection products - plant protection products contains the following information: 

• Name

Reference Units of measurement contains the following information:

Crop rotation

Crop rotation is the alternation of crops in time and territory. Crop rotation is the history of the field. The history of the field is kept to increase the efficiency of agricultural activities. Crop rotation can be set manually, imported from a file, or loaded by analyzing the contour of a geo object and searching for fields of previous years that are geographically the same as the current field.

 In order to set a crop rotation, you need to go to the "Field" section, select a specific one and click on the "Annual planning" button:
