Accounting for the fact
Accounting is the process of verifying and approving field work.
Calendar
The fact tracking calendar is a tool for previewing the actual field work for any period, as well as the accounting status of this work.
Types of processing statuses:
1. Red - means no accounted work. At the same time, the work itself was carried out on the field. Also means the presence of visits on the selected field.
2. Blue - objects that did not work on the field were taken into account.
3. Yellow - during this period, any work was temporarily taken into account.
4. Green - all work is fully accounted for.
After selecting a certain period, the main posting mode is available for viewing.
Filling in basic directories
To record the fact, you need to set up system directories. The calculation of the area is made on the basis of information about the trajectory of the movement of objects and the width of the trailer unit. The width is set either through the settings of the object model, or through the settings in the unit model, or is set manually when taking into account the fact.
You need to fill in the guides:
1. Compatibility guide for object models and aggregate models. Filling occurs through the reference book of unit models.
2. Types of work and technological operations are filled in to indicate the specific work that was carried out in the fields. Technological operations are grouped by types of work. For each tech. operations, we indicate the models of the object and the unit, we set the norms. Models can only be set according to the compatibility of models that need to be set up earlier.
3. Filling in technological cards in technologies of cultures. Available data by type of work and technical operations can be transferred to the cultural technology technological map. When crops are assigned to fields, this map is the annual plan template.

Accounting for actual work in the fields in the system is called fact accounting. The fact accounting interface includes the following windows:

Field work
Works on the field is a table of all registered and unaccounted works on the field for a certain period of time, grouped by objects. The table includes the following columns:
• Record number
• Visibility on the map
• Job Accounting Status
Work accounting status is of the following types:
- Not taken into account, the decision has not been made.
- Considered, the decision has been made.
- Considered, out of work.
• Building a track (according to the object)
• Field work settings / Group settings for work on one object
• Date of start and end of work
• Time/Hours
• Mileage, km
• Fuel, l
• Technological operation
• Unit
• Driver
• S sample, ha. Worked area - the area of the geometric area, which is determined by the trajectory of the object and the width of the unit
• SV arr., ha. Processed area with regard to speed - the area of the geometric area, which is determined by the trajectory of the object, taking into account the range of technological speed and the width of the unit
There is a color label for process operation, implement and driver. This color label shows the destination source of the data. It is of the following types:
If the work has not been scheduled through an annual plan, an operational plan, or through tasks for machine operators or group tasks, then you must manually define the type of work using the field work settings. Settings can be called up by clicking on the icon in the table:
Job settings contain the following information:

It should be noted that the settings of the technological operation, the driver, the unit model can be set from existing customer reference books or created new ones.
Current technological operations
Current technological operations is a table grouped by technological operations, which are reflected in the work on the field. The table includes the following information:
• Type of work
• Technological operation
• Start date
• Expiration date
• Field area, ha
• Accounted area, ha
Annual plan
The annual plan is a table containing information about accounting for the work of annual planning. The table includes the following information: • Type of work
• Start date
• Expiration date
• Field area, ha
• Accounted area, ha
It should be noted that the table also contains information on recorded work outside the annual plan. These entries are highlighted in red.
Decision window
The decision window contains a summary of comparative information between the planned and actual values of the field processing area, fuel, speed, elapsed time. The decision window contains information about the list of vehicles that participated in the work on the field. The list of equipment can be adjusted by adding or deleting a specific entry.
In the window, you can also add information about inventory items (inventory and materials) or view the current one if it has already been added. To do this, click on the "Add TMC" button.
The fact is taken into account according to the cultivated area, which the system considers. It is also possible to manually enter the area in the Processing table, Accounting column. You must double-click a cell to enter values manually.
There are the following types of work accounting:
• No violations
• With violations
• Temporarily
• Temporarily with violations
Temporary accounting is a kind of intermediate accounting of work in the field. Temporary accounting is used when it is necessary to combine work in the fields within the same technological operation for different periods of time.
Accounting with violations allows you to add an additional text description when posting. Posting can be deleted if the job has already been posted.
